How to Shop at Newartis?
1. Prints and Photographs

b) Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
c) Complete your online payment to confirm your order.
2. Custom Apparel
a) Pick your garment using our filters: style, size, color, and design.
b) Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
c) Complete your online payment to confirm your order.
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Delivery Times
1. When Will I Receive My Order?
Since our products are custom-made, processing takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by destination:
Europe: 3–7 business days.
International: 3–15 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Returns Policy
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Note: Newartis provides a size guide. If you select the wrong size:
You cover return and reshipping costs.
